Edgar Rowley Smart
Edgar Rowley Smart (1887–1934) was an impressionist painter born in Manchester. He studied at Manchester School of Art from 1901 – 1903. He then studied at Liverpool from 1903-1906 and then at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris from 1906-07.
